We look forward to welcoming you to Timber Ridge Neck & Back Pain Clinic! If you’ve had recent MRIs or X-rays, bringing those reports with you to your first visit is helpful.
Your First Visit
Our friendly staff will greet you when you arrive and make you feel welcome. They’ll help you with some paperwork, and then we’ll show you a short video introduction to the Activator Methods® adjusting technique or spinal decompression, depending on your specific situation.
Next, our staff will come in to take your vitals and conduct a brief consultation before you meet with Dr. McCluskey for your in-depth consultation and examination. This examination will help us identify the underlying cause of your pain or other symptoms and may include X-rays (which we can take here in the clinic) if Dr. McCluskey deems them important.
Based on his findings from your exam, Dr. McCluskey will let you know what’s causing your symptoms and how our care may be able to help. He’ll answer all of your questions, and then, if you’re ready to begin, you’ll receive your first adjustment or spinal decompression therapy at this visit.
You can plan for 1-1.5 hours for this initial appointment.

We are in-network with most insurance plans, including Medicare, and we will be happy to verify your coverage for you so you know what to expect. We also accept CareCredit®, HSAs, and FSAs.
You may also take advantage of our new patient special, which is a FREE consultation, exam, and X-rays (adjustment not included).
