Meet Dr. Patrick McCluskey
Growing Up With Chiropractic
As a native of Davenport, Iowa, Dr. McCluskey grew up in the shadow of Palmer College of Chiropractic and was intrigued by the many people he met from all over the world who were studying there. Although he didn’t initially pursue chiropractic as a career, he was always impressed by the level of commitment Palmer students had for holistic healing.
In his mid-30s, Dr. McCluskey decided to become a chiropractor, and there was never any question where he would attend school! He graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer in 1989 and became a board-certified chiropractic sports physician as well.
Sharing His Knowledge
After graduating, Dr. McCluskey was inspired to open a practice in an area that was under-served in terms of natural healthcare options—and Ohio topped the list. When he opened Timber Ridge Neck & Back Pain Clinic in 1991, we were only the second chiropractic clinic in town, the first being a doctor who practiced from her home.
Our clinic is large and welcoming, and over the decades, we have introduced thousands of people to chiropractic care for the first time. Helping patients understand how their body functions empowers them to make choices that support better health and function—and that’s what Dr. McCluskey wants for every patient we see, from little tykes to seniors and everyone in between.
In 2018, Dr. McCluskey opened Regenerative Medicine of Ohio in our same building to further assist our patients who deal with chronic pain and neuropathy.
